1. 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. How to Request a Return

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item or size

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@strizm.store. Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. We will review your case and offer an appropriate solution.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Wrong size delivered

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping times for replacement items may vary.

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
If your return meets our policy requirements, you won’t incur any additional charges.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days

Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Discounts and promotional codes must be applied during checkout.
We are unable to apply discounts retroactively or issue refunds for missed promotions.
